Trey House is not your typical business coach. He has personal experience implementing the Scaling Up performance platform while leading a mid-market company, so he knows well the challenges faced when introducing change to established teams.

His 25+ years of professional experience include time working for global investment banks, early-stage startups, and mid-sized, family-owned companies. Trey has significant experience with institutional and retail sales & marketing, leadership & personal development, as well as financial modeling & data analytics.

Like any great coach, he excels at distilling complex matters into their most simplified form so that they are both relevant and actionable to clients.
